1) Detox Holiday Package
Absolute Sanctuary offers 3 different types of detox programs with a choice of either 3, 5 or 7 days. The Ultimate Detox involves full fasting, The Living Foods Detox involves 2 light raw food meals a day & The Vegetarian Detox involves 2 light vegetarian meals a day. All involve daily colon hydrotherapy sessions, detox drinks, liver flush drinks, nutritional supplements, broth soups, massages & daily yoga classes. Each detox program starts with a consultation with our wellness consultant who will see you through the program together with a team of nurses & detox therapists. For those unable to undergo colon hydrotherapy, a detox with manual lymphatic drainage massage is available.
For those who would like a comprehensive detox program you can choose to have both a Pre Cleanse & Post Cleanse program to start & end off your fast. Programs of longer duration & also Candida Elimination & Chelation detox programs are also available.
Here are ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY we understand the need of emotional support during your Detox program or as you embark on your journey into wellbeing, thus we have made available a number of alternative/emotional therapies to help you along the way. Therapies such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Clinical Kinesiology, Cranio Sacral & Iridology are conducted by a team comprising of our in-house wellness consultant and also visiting practitioners. For those who are new to emotional/alternative therapies, weekly introductory workshop sessions are conducted.
2) Rejuvenating Holidays & Spa Packages
Absolute Sanctuary offers tailor-made rejuvenating programs catering to those who simply want a place to relax, pamper and re-energize themselves. Ranging from 3 to 5 days the packages involve daily unlimited yoga classes, choice of massage, choice of body or facial treatment, 3 Ala carte vegetarian meals & unlimited drinks & smoothies.

Absolute Sanctuary yoga holiday packages are designed for anyone wanting a healthy, invigorating holiday but doesn't want to miss out on their daily yoga practice or for beginners who simply just want to take up yoga. We offer complete yoga holiday packages ranging from 5 to 10 days involving daily unlimited yoga classes, massages , 3 Ala Carte Vegetarian meals & juices & smoothies. Think of it like your own customized yoga retreat!.
The yoga center at ABSOUTE SANCTUARY features a large studio with a 50 mat capacity, floor to ceiling windows, custom ventilation & heating system, blocks, straps, mats, towels & locker rooms with shower facilities. A wide variety of yoga classes such as Hot, Hatha, Flow, Yin, Hot Flow, Detox, Pranayama & Meditation, Restorative & even pilates classes are conducted daily by an international team of teachers to suit each person's preference.
