We've designed a loose weekly programme that includes daily yoga and pilates classes, a herbal walk into the interior of the island, our unique 'aqua-safari expedition' dolphin spotting and snorkelling, cycling, sailing, power walks and other fun fitness activities as well as massage & beauty treatments.
These classes will help you improve your flexibility & strengthen your body. Yoga can also be very helpful for calming yourself in times of stress. Our teacher, Karen Simper, has been teaching her dynamic ‘Hatha’ flow yoga for 7 years & this will her 3rd season with us in Lefkas. Karen’s classes are suitable for beginners & intermediates; she also offers one on one sessions for the more advanced.
Pilates helps you develop your core muscles & stability; you’ll find it excellent for improving your posture and for overall inner strength. Pilates classes are particularly valuable if you have a sedentary job or you want to make sure your body is fit for sports. Our Pilates teacher, Lis White, has a Degree in Excercise Science & Physiology and experience teaching pilates, yoga and excersise classes. You’ll have fun with Lis's friendly approach & you’ll get fitter without even noticing.
