The farm house and attached barns form a Charentaise 'Longere' - or longhouse - which we have sensitively renovated to ensure its character remains. The centre caters for groups of up to sixteen and mainly been used for yoga holidays, but is avaible to any group who can utilise our spaces. Our secluded position in rural farmland is perfect for a peaceful and undisturbed retreat, yet we are easily accessible. We recommend travelling here by train to reduce your carbon footprint and stress levels.
For our 2009 season we are open from May through to the end of September. We are again lucky enough to be playing host to many returning and new teachers offering a wide variety of yoga styles. We would ask anyone planning an event in 2010 or 2011 to get in touch with us as soon as possible to ensure your choice of dates.
