At Coastal Trek Resort, our ideal fitness program is a seven night stay with your arrival on a Friday and departure the following Friday. Guests have the option of staying for three (3) consecutive programs.
Central and key to the entire 7 day Health Hiking and Fitness Program is the experience itself. In one day you can find yourself climbing high with our lead hiking guide Mike on a mountain top, then working out with our fitness director deep in the valley forest or simply skimming stones at the edge of a crystal clear river. You can sit at the dinner table in the evening and compare photos and stories with other guests while enjoying delicious and healthy dishes prepared for you with your individual preferences in mind. Our chef explains all meals, course by course, and enjoys answering all your questions about the food and how it was made. During and after dinner you can talk about your day and how the program is going for you with Coastal Trek owners/managers, Andrea and Shayne, who are usually present and available during your stay.
