The Indian Chef seamlessly combines traditional Ayurveda recipes with locally grown, seasonal Austrian produce. This concept of European Ayurveda Cuisine originated at Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof. It remains unique to the resort and is the Chef's specialty.
In the morning guests will enjoy an Ayurveda Breakfast Buffet. Lunch consists of a Pitta Buffet with soup, colourful salads, appetizers and sweet desserts.
Afternoon is the time for a Vata Snack – a tea ceremony with healthy delights – before indulging in a five course dinner menu in the evening. All meals are part of the resort’s full board and are fully included in the room rate. Guests have a choice of two restaurants; the Winter Garden and the Tyrolean Sonnhof Stuben. The cuisine will vary as it is specifically tailored to each guest in conjunction with their individual health programme.
