Stavros Psaroulakis has over twenty years experience in spa development and management. He graduated from Vienna University, Academy of Gymnastics, Department of Tourism and Physiotherapy.
After graduating, Stavros Psaroulakis worked for one of the most well known spas in Austria (Gars Am Kamp) and was taught by Willy Dungl, the physiotherapist of Nicky Lauda and other well known Formula 1 drivers. At Gars Am Kamp, Stavros had clientele from all over Europe who would come for relaxation, rejuvenation and preventive fitness.
Between 1985-1986 Stavros Psaroulakis worked as a physiotherapist for the Vienna Football Team RAPID and after returning to Greece he worked for the National Football Team of Greece and then for the Panathinaikos Football Team. Following this he established a gym at the Macedonia Palace in Thessaloniki which he still owns.
In 2004, Stavros established the company Sport Academy in the Athens Hilton Hotel, which he owned until 2005. There he acquired even more experience in the operation and management of a spa within a luxury hotel. At the end of 2005, Stavros Psaroulakis established the company UNEO Unique Spa Solutions which is a spa consulting company offering unique tailor made solutions to each particular client. Uneo undertakes the development of spas from the onset, including all architectural and design services, as well as technical equipment, sale and istallation or support, spa management, market research and feasibility studies, as well as personnel training and placement.
Stavros Psaroulakis works to maximize investment by offering individual solutions for each client. His broad experience has led him to write in several trade journals such as Travel Times, Money & Tourism, Tourism Market, Tourism and Economy etc. He has participated in such conferences as the Spa Asia Wellness Summit in Thailand and the Wellness Summit in Wiesbaden and he has traveled throughout the Far East, Europe and America visiting top spa locations as a mean to offer the best possible service to his clients in Greece and abroad.
