One of the most empowering experiences you can attempt is to do an Organic Juice fast . It helps us look at our patterns of behaviour with renewed vision. It allows our organs to rest and have a good clean out. There are 4 Organic Juices served daily along with various complementary Herbal Teas available and you are served a broth at dinner time.
