Guy & Toi Hopkins Founded The Spa Resort on Lamai Beach, Koh Samui Island, Thailand on May 15th, 1992. They opened a small beach side resort with 6 grass-roofed bungalows. The first health destination resort in Thailand.
Now, years later, there are 4 locations 2 on Koh Samui Island, (65 rooms) one on Koh Chang Island (24 rooms) and one, our newest flagship resort in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand (75 rooms). Over the years along with their Family and wonderful staff, they have strived to high quality services and accommodations at reasonable prices. They however, over the years, stressed "individual responsibility" for one's own health. With these activities they learn about great health and longevity, there is an extensive library on health and happiness, as well as, DVD programs by world-renowned teachers on health and happiness are shown daily.

Their Radiance restaurants also have the best vegetarian, vegan & raw food in Thailand. Serving organic produce from their farm in Chiang Mai.
