Yoga Beginner Workshop

This is the step by step progressive introduction to the wonders of yoga that many people wish that they had. Over the 7 days you will be taught the fundamentals of a safe and satisfying yoga practice that will serve you for a lifetime. Our 7 days beginners course systematically covers the basic foundations of a balanced yoga practice in a non-competitive environment. You’ll learn foundation practices that ensure safe and enjoyable yoga practice. You will learn to be aware of your body, breathing, tensions and how to manage them by simple ancient proven techniques.  This is the start of your yogic journey to more balanced Life.  Suitable for everyone but particularly for complete beginners, or the ones who have had a break in yogic practice, and teachers who want to acquire skills to train beginners all are welcome to the course.

We live in times when yoga is available for everyone independently of gender, status, age, nationality and religion. You do not need to be flexible or fit, there is no specific requirement for you to begin your yoga practice. Beginner yoga workshop is suitable for anyone who wishes to understand oneself better. Our team will share with you the proven techniques of bringing balance and harmony into your daily life. This course is a start to your general health improvement, increase in flexibility and mental focus.

Born in former Soviet Union, Sergio grew up in Spain. He has practiced and learned different yoga styles since 2003 with a variety of different teachers, becoming certified three times in India and once in Thailand. After extended corporate experience and freelance projects, combined with yoga practice in studios and workshops, Sergio decided to move to India where he spent two years digging deeper into yoga and Ayurveda sciences and their applications to daily life. While living under guidance of his guru in India for seven months he started practicing Sannyasa that focuses on understanding and managing one's mind, lifestyle and routines in order to bring a well-being into daily life.
