The resort’s medical program continues to be guided by the enduring vision and legacy of the former State Director of Ayurveda for Kerala, whose leadership helped shape its philosophy and standards. Each guest receives a detailed examination on arrival from which a personalised treatment plan is constructed, calibrated to their individual dosha constitution, their specific health conditions and their treatment objectives. The thirty different Ayurvedic treatments available, including the full classical Panchakarma sequence, give the treatment architecture a range that covers the preventative, curative and rejuvenative dimensions of Ayurvedic medicine simultaneously.

The Ayurvedic kitchen serves approximately two hundred different Ayurvedic dishes alongside a broader range of Indian, European and Chinese options. The individual dosha-based meal plan, prepared by the physicians as part of the arrival consultation, gives the dietary dimension of the stay the same personalised clinical grounding as the treatments themselves.
