Started at 2013, Soul & Surf Sri Lanka began hosting surf & yoga holidays offering its guests a glimpse into the tropical soulful surfing life that many cherish so much. Soul & Surf Sri Lanka seek trained and qualified professionals to provide creative and flowing treatments where no two treatments are the same. This requires the therapist to create a genuine connection with the client which is achieved through an initial consultation to find out where you’re at, what your needs are, what your issues are and the therapist can then create a therapy for you combining intuitive contact, through body awareness, breathing and connecting with the moment and  with your whole body in a gentle, caring way.

Soul & Surf Sri Lanka offers Yoga & Meditation in the South Sri Lankan Jungle for both beginners and seasoned yogis.

Specialized & focus

Programs & Retreats

  • Daily Vinyasa Flow sessions will be physically energising, working with the breath and the movements in harmony to build heat in the body getting to grips with the asana practice (physical postures). 
  • Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. This style works deeply into the body. 
  • Private One-to-One Session classes are a great way to take your practice to the next level or focus on a particular aspect of your yoga practice.
  • While asanas (postures) sort out the bodies, pranayama (breathing exercises) sort out the minds. During the Pranayama classes you will be guided through specific breathing exercises to channel your “Prana” (or life force) and by bringing awareness to the breath can increase your lung capacity.
  • The meditation class will guide you through accessible techniques to help calm and organise your thoughts and help explore a mindful approach to your day. With the help of sound, light, and sometimes even movement the techniques are designed to quieten the senses.
