Panchakarma treatment at Soul Resort is the Ayurveda’s primary purification, detoxification and rejuvenation program for the entire human body. Whereas Shirodhara treatment at Soul is a treatment programme where stimulation of nerves in the scalp is done by pouring medicated and herbal oil on the head in a constant stream. It relieves mental fatigue, stress and increases focus and clarity of mind.
Detoxification programme includes a Doctor’s Consultation, medical and pulse diagnosis, determining Dosha type, herbal medications, special Detox diet, herbal tea, fruit and herbal beverages, 5 – 8 Ayurveda treatments per day culminating with the final “flushing” or “cleaning-day”, facilitated by natural medicines and herbal treatments. Weight loss and beauty care programmes will let you lose weight, create radiance of skin, enhance beauty and retract ageing, with specific 1 – 5 day programmes, customised for you.
