Suan Sati runs meditation and yoga retreats in Thailand year round. From May until September, we are open under our “Guest House Style”. During this time, guests may arrive and depart on any day, with a 3 night minimum stay. From October until February, we hold our 6 day 5 night “Winter Retreats”. These have set arrival and departure dates, and are a special immersion into yoga and meditation for all levels. We also host our own 200 hour yoga teacher trainings in Thailand multiple times per year.
