Vegan, Peace Food & organic certified garden. We have mostly regional, seasonal food from our organic certified garden and from organic farmers in the area, supplemented with valuable foods, herbs and spices that are beneficial to your health or even with a therapeutic effect. In TamanGa you can enjoy plant-based, wholesome food in the sense of Ruediger Dahlke´s Peace Food Diet, free of artificial additives and above all free from animal suffering.
Fasting, Yoga, Detox and Dr. Dahlke´s holistic health classes, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, Painting, Cooking courses, In TamanGa the majority takes place outdoors and there is a lot to discover.
