The Retreat Bali offer programmes from four days through to specifically tailored longer stays. The four, seven or nine-day programme examples are designed as a guide to help you detox and rejuvenate. All programmes are supervised by a team of experienced therapists who will guide you every step of the way in your healing process. Some therapies act on a physical level, while others are more emotionally, mentally and spiritually driven. Deep Fasting and Healing Programme of 9 days, Fasting and Vitality Programme of 9 days and Vitality Programme of 9 days are some programmes offered by The Retreat Bali.
During your stay at the retreat you are encouraged to join in twice daily exercise sessions of Yoga Chi Gung. Harmonizing the meridians and circulatory systems (blood, lymph and chi) greatly enhances the body’s ability to detox. Yoga stretching and breathing techniques complement this process. These exercises produce an overall sense of balance and well-being to help your whole cleansing experience be more enjoyable and rewarding.
