The health massage developed by Chanthana first targets the muscles and the dissolution of the muscle armour. It works holistically and helps to restore harmony to the physical, energetic and emotional body.
Like many Eastern healing methods, my type of bodywork is based on the belief that energy or life force flows along channels in our bodies. When energy can flow freely and is not prevented from doing so by muscular knots, we humans feel balanced and healthy. However, blockages in this energy flow can cause one to experience pain, feel sluggish, lack energy or feel ill. Stress can make the situation worse, because it is during stressful times that we neglect the body, which means that unprocessed emotions, toxins and tension can make these blockages even worse. My massage technique is based on “Traditional Thai Massage”, which I have further refined and supplemented with other forms of therapy over the last 20 years. In 2019, through special personal experiences, I developed my own “Deep Releasing Technique”, which I have been offering in my own practice in Zufikon, Switzerland since 2022.
