Pla is a dedicated therapist and therapy teacher with over 20 years of experience. For more than a decade, she played a key role in developing and teaching treatments and holistic training at Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary on Koh Samui, alongside other responsibilities.
She brings a unique integration of Eastern and Western healing traditions to her work. Her practice includes Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, rooted in Western Osteopathy, and Chi Nei Tsang, a Taoist abdominal massage. Pla began her Reiki journey within the Western tradition and later deepened her understanding by studying in Japan.
Her true passion lies in exploring how the body heals. She believes that each person holds an innate intelligence guiding them toward healing and balance. Her work helps clients connect with this inner wisdom through presence, stillness, and intuitive care.
Since 2018, she has worked internationally as a visiting practitioner. In 2020, she co-founded Healing Garden in Chiang Dao, where her practice has flourished. Living in this nurturing space—Baan La Terre, with its rammed earth walls and reclaimed materials—has deepened her connection to the land and enhanced her work. Clients often describe the garden as a place to reconnect with Gaia, Mother Earth.
Today, Pla offers a complete series of Reiki workshops at Healing Garden, welcoming both beginners and experienced practitioners to learn, grow, and deepen their path.
Pla approaches healing as a grounded, centered practitioner, creating a safe space where clients can experience their own transformation. She feels deeply grateful to support others on their healing paths.
Pla brings her deep expertise and passion for healing to every session, drawing inspiration from her life in nature. Her design and creation of 4 acres of flourishing trees, tranquil ponds, and abundant gardens—set against the backdrop of Chiang Dao’s majestic mountains—offer a serene space for transformation. Through Craniosacral Therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, and Reiki, Pla guides clients and students into a state of deep listening and connection, helping them access their own inner wisdom. With compassion and skill, she supports the release of old patterns and the restoration of balance and vitality, empowering each person to move forward with greater ease and clarity.
