Built in the late 1800’s, the 137 Pillars House is a beautiful teak wood building that has been carefully restored to reflect its 19th Century origins. We focus on ensuring a pampering experience that leaves you feeling restored, invigorated, energized, and full of vitality.
Our guiding principle in creating the Nitra Serenity Centre rituals is based on balance combining the three aspects of “Mind, Body, and Emotion” and to enable you to integrate the “Seven Pillars of Wellness” into your daily life. These are Exercise, Diet, Mindfulness, Restoration, Evolution, Expression, and Social Interaction.
The treatments, therapies, exercises and organic cuisine are designed to balance each individual in body, emotion and mind. 137 Pillars have created original treatments, recipes, venues, exercises and activities to enable you to design your own bespoke journey to wellness. They offer a unique combination of exercise, diet, mindfulness, restoring balance, evolution, expression and social interaction. The Nitra Serenity Centre features luxurious facilities and skilled staff to help create a bespoke wellness programme to balance body and mind.
